Produkt endspricht nicht dem Produktbild

Artikel anhand des Produktbildes bestellt da ich das Design für die Hinterachse benötigt habe (von einem Kollegen das im Bild gezeigte Design für die Vorderachse günstig bekommen). Das Paket kam heute 18.03.2025 an, geöffnet und siehe da ein anderes Pad erhalten als bestellt. Auf der SW-Motech Seite direkt geschaut, beide Pads für Vorder/ Hinterachse im gleichen Design (das dem im Paket endspricht), dass hier gezeigte scheint wohl nicht mehr produziert zu werden (ein anderer Kunde hatte dies bereits in einer Bewertung beschrieben, das Produktbild ist immernoch nicht aktualisiert.

Daher Bitte aktuallisiert das Produktbild !

Ich Bewerte nicht das Produkt

Ich habe die sturzpads für hinten und vorne, bin auch zufrieden, leider sind die für hinten kaputt gegangen, daher wollte ich ein Satz nachkaufen und habe erst im Louis Store ein Satz bestellt als er da war waren es nicht die , die ich wollte. Die Mitarbeiter von Louis haben dann gesagt ich soll sie direkt über Louis die Seite bestellen das hab ich dann auch getan so wie ihr es oben seht . 2 Tage später kam das packet an und wieder die falschen also ein anderes Design. Ich habe sie dann beim Louis store abgegeben und habe nur für die Ware eine Gutschrift bekommen das Porto muss ich selbst tragen . Es Ärgert mich nur da ich wissentlich vom Bild und Beschreibung das richtige Produkt bestellt habe und ich ein anderes Design bekommen hab das ich nie bestellt hab und muss als Kunde obwohl mich keinerlei Schuld trägt das Porto zahlen. Man muss entweder das Bild aus der Seite nehmen oder dem Kunde per Email mitteilen das dieses Produkt mit dem Design nicht mehr hergestellt wird .
