Old mechanic's rule: "After tight comes off!" However, if the connection is too loose, unpleasant surprises can also occur. Therefore, it is better to follow the torque values specified by the manufacturers with which a screw connection should be tightened. The high-quality Rothewald torque wrenches will help you with this. These wrenches comply with the calibration certificate according to DIN ISO 6789-1:2017 and cover all common NM ranges on the motorcycle. Never risk stripping a bolt or shearing a spark plug again. All wrenches have a clear scale in Nm and ftlb. The turning handles are infinitely adjustable and have a quick-locking mechanism. The ratchet head with switchable clockwise/anticlockwise rotation (torque only with clockwise rotation) is particularly narrow and small, so that you can easily reach even remote screws and nuts. The precise short-stroke release (+/- 4%) reliably releases noticeably and audibly when the set torque is reached.
